The judge of Anti-Terrorist Court No 1, Chaudhry Habibur Rehman on Tuesday asked the prosecution to make sure the arrest of the mastermind of these suicide bombings before April 21.
The Court also extended judicial remand of two accused in the two suicide bombing attempts including Hasnain Gul and Muhammad Rafaqat, for 20 days and sent them to Adiala Central Jail till next hearing. RA Bazar Police presented the charge sheet of the two accused in the court but the learned judge asked for immediate arrest of Taliban leader Baitullah Mehsud and his four accomplices including Abdullah alias Saddam, Faiz Ahmed alias Kiscuit, Ikram alias Usman and Abadur Rehman and present them in the court on April 21.
The judge also directed the prosecution to place advertisements against the absconding masterminds of the suicide bombings.
