Anti Corruption Establishment (ACE) Sahiwal has registered a case against Tehsildar Revenue, Patwari, the village headman and another accomplice for fake transfer of the commercial land worth Rs one million.
On 19th September, 2005 the accused, Tehsildar Revenue Amir Hamza Saghla, his patwari Abdul Khaliq and village headman Irhsad Nabi, transferred the land owned by one Ahmed in the name of Sajwara through forgery in official land record.
The ACE after an inquiry had registered a case u/s 161,420,467,468,471 PPC and 5-2/47 PCA against the accused. None of the accused was arrested yet.
