Equities continued to show negative signs at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where bears dominated the proceedings amid decrease in index. ISE-10 Index was down by 13.33 points, as it moved from 3,269.19 to 3,255.86 points. The overall turnover stood at 2,920,700 shares as compared to previous volume of 4,202,900 shares.
Total 136 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (98) closed in negative territory, 38 closed in positive territory. The volume of Fauji Fertiliser Bin Qasim was 491,000 shares as compared to previous turnover of 1,696,000 shares. The volume of Arif Habib Securities was 468,000 shares as compared to previous turnover of 808,700 shares. The turnover of Lucky Cement was 252,900 shares.
