The Planning and development Control's Director, Hyderabad Development Authority (HDA), Masood Ahmad Jamili has said that his department has not issued any NOC to the Amass Residency, Qasimabad.
In a statement issued on Wednesday, he warned people against illegal schemes saying that they should refrain from booking a plot at this housing scheme. Doing so will risk their investment, as the HDA holds no responsibility in this regard, he added. However, the HDA has asked people to call on no. 9240040, in case they need any information on this issue.
Earlier the HDA warned all sponsors and developers that before advertising any schemes, they should take NOC from the HDA otherwise legal action will be taken against the violators.
