CDA Board has approved allotment of 276 residential plots for the remaining dwellers of Katchi Abadies of Sector G-8/1. It was decided in the board meeting, held here on Wednesday chaired by the CDA Chairman Kamran Lashari.
Moreover, 3-marla plots would be allotted to the dwellers in Sector G-8/1 and Alipur Farash on ownership basis. CDA Board also decided to allow schools, colleges and universities management's to set-up institutions in Sector H-17. However, the management of educational institutions will purchase land for their respective institutions.
CDA will develop sector H-17 and the educational institutions will pay the development charges. The details of the procedure will be advertised in the press in this regard.
The board also decided to impose scrutiny fees of Rs 100,000 and 25,000 from universities and schools in Zone-II and Zone-V, respectively, as per terms and conditions. CDA Board also decided to allow M/s Sadat Enterprises to set up visa seekers point on BoT basis in line with modern facilities.
