The Digital Subscribers Line system of the Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has temporarily remained suspended in the provincial metropolis. Public and private clients told Business Recorder on Thursday that it was the third time in one month when the system collapsed for unknown reasons.
The telcom company has refused to comment and its staff at the complaint center claim the service is out of order because of some technical fault.
