True democratic culture will emerge in the country after the restoration of judiciary and all institutions will gain strength and stability consequently, stated Speaker Punjab Assembly Rana Mohammed Iqbal Khan here on Tuesday.
He was talking to various delegations, which called on him at his public secretariat in Phoolnagar here in the district.The Speaker observed that all the available resources would be mobilised to fulfil the promises made with the public.
Addressing the public servants he said they must give priority to public welfare and needs."For the season of Kharif small farmers are being given loans up to Rs 20,000 under the one window operation", he said and added that this loaning will continue till July this year.
With the newly approved funds amounting three billion rupees, under Punjab sanitation programme, 12 districts and 120 villages will be provided sewerage system in the first phase, he observed.
