The Lahore High Court (LHC) has issued notices to deal with a petition filed by Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain, in which he challenged a court decision allowing contesting candidate of his constituency, Ghanzafar Gull, to examine the election record.
The petitioner, contesting the elections from NA-104, argued that Gull had challenged his elections because of alleged rigging. He said his result might affect by allowing Gull to examine the record.
