Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, Chief Patron Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), said on Saturday that the violators the Constitution would be brought to justice, adding that no one would be allowed to break the law of land any further.
Addressing a press conference here, Nawaz Sharif rejected any ambiguity over reinstatement of the deposed judges. Moreover, he said that the reinstatement would be taken place according to the Murree declaration as it was decided before April 30 through an executive order.
On a query he said that restoration of deposed judges in not non-constitutional step for which President would have to use 58-2-B to dissolve the Parliament. He, however, emphasised on putting an end to any further role of the army in politics. Regarding Pemra ordinance, Nawaz Sharif said there should not be any restrictions on the press and media.
A delegation of Islamabad Union of Journalists also called on Mian Nawaz Sharif in which PML-N leader lauded the struggle of journalist community for the cause of democracy and freedom of media. in the country.
