A worker of a private gas company was burnt to death while two others sustained injuries when a gas cylinder exploded here at 130-industrial Kot Lakhpat on Saturday. According to details, the labourers were filling gas in a cylinder when all of sudden it burst.
As a result, four workers received serious burn injuries and were rushed to hospital where Bashir succumbed to his injuries while the condition of Manzoor and another unidentified worker was stated out of danger. Police said the deceased had been working in the gas company since 1982.
