Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) donated two fire extinguishing vehicles, duly equipped with all the required gadgets to the local government department of NWFP on Wednesday. in the presence of NWFP Governor Owais Ahmed Ghani at NWFP Senior Minister, Bashir Ahmad Bilour, received the keys of the vehicles from Chairman CAA, Farooq Rahmatullah Governor's House.
Speaking on the occasion, the Governor highly appreciated the spirit of the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) in helping the provincial government to remove the deficiencies in this particular field. Meanwhile, Chairman CAA, Farooq Rehmatullah while handing over the keys to the Governor said that each vehicle costs Rs 3 millions and supplying of 20 more such type of fire extinguishing vehicles are also in the pipeline.
Besides, NWFP Additional Chief Secretary Javed Iqbal, Secretary to Governor, Arbab Muhammad Arif and the Secretary, provincial Local Council Board, Rehmat Ghazi, senior officials of Civil Aviation Authority were also present on this occasion.
