'Mengal's release to have positive impact on political situation'

Leaders of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), Anjuman Tajiran Balochistan (ATB) and tribal notables have welcomed the release of Balochistan National Party (BNP) president Sardar Akhtar Jan Mengal and said his release will indeed have positive impact on political situation in the province.
In their separate statements issued here Sunday, provincial president PML-N Sardar Yaqub Nasir, other leaders of the party Gohar Mengal, Ayaz Sawati advocate, Nasibullah Bazai, Abdul Khaliq Achakzai and Ghulam Farooq have welcomed the release of BNP chief and said the political problems must be resolved through political dialogue.
Provincial general secretary PPP Bismillah Kakar has said that release of Akhtar Mengal would improve political situation and order in the province. Office-bearers of ATB Afzal Zehri, Abdul Majid, Taj Muhammad Barech, Mussarat Hussain Qureshi and others have lauded the release of the BNP-M chief and expressed the hope that the government will also release other political prisoners. Tribal notables Muhammad Khan Bugti, Ajmal Mengal, Noor Ahmed Notezai and others have also hailed the release of Akhtar Mengal and said his release may exert positive impact on future political outcomes.
