A single member bench of Lahore High Court (LHC) comprising Justice Hafiz Tariq Nasim has directed medical superintendent (MS) Faisalabad District Headquarters Hospital to appear in the court on June 06 in a contempt of court petition filed by Dr Rashid Jalil.
Medical Officer Dr Jalil said that in 2005 the court had ordered the hospital authorities to implement a notification issued by the Health Department to increase allowances. He said the hospital did not follow the order for the last three years.
