On the consecutive second day of its drive against unauthorised mobile SIMs, PTA along with police carried out more raids in other areas of Karachi, ie Bhitaiabad, Civil Lines, Gulistan-e-Johar, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Nazimabad, F B Area, Pehlwan Goth etc.
During the raids a number of unauthorised sellers were apprehended and a large number of SIMs were confiscated. PTA Zonal Director Rizwan Hydri informed that this action will continue and all those found selling without authorisation and without carrying out proper verification of subscribers' antecedents will be caught and handed over to police.-PR
