Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) President Muhammad Ali Mian has said exhibitions are the only way to enhance trade. He was speaking at a press conference at the chamber about the exhibition titled "Print Pak" which is to held at the Expo Centre in Karachi from August 23 to 25 and organised by the Pakistan Association of Printing and Graphic Arts Industry.
He stressed the need to use modern technology in the field of printing and enhancing the export because this industry has a lot of potential.
His industry association counterpart, Mohammad Saeed Presswala, said this exhibition would explore the horizons in the field of printing, publishing, packaging, converting, paper and graphic arts and in the field of biggest printing industry in Southeast Asia.
Their Print Pak counterpart, Khalid Aziz, then briefed the journalists about the exhibition held successfully since 1990, saying this time this event would prove an opportunity for national and international delegates to benefit from the latest trends in printing, packaging, paper, board and graphic arts industry.
He also said the printing rates were increasing in India and foreign investors were transferring their money in other countries we should try to attract them to invest in Pakistan rather they would invest in China and this will provide jobs to many people.
