Marketing companies have made further Re 1 per kilogramme increase in the price of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), raising it to Rs 51 per kilogramme in Karachi and Rs 52 per kilogramme in the Punjab.
"With this fresh raise the price of a domestic cylinder of 11.8 kilogramme has soared by Rs 10 reaching Rs 540 from Rs 530 in Karachi, Rs 560 from Rs 550 in Punjab and Rs 565 from Rs 555 in the NWFP," said LPG Association Pakistan Chairman Abdul Hadi Khan.
