Women legislators of the Pakistan Muslim League-Q in the Punjab Assembly have expressed their full confidence in the party leadership and assured all out support to Chaudhry Shujaat Hussein and Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi in their just struggle.
They said this during a meeting with the PML-Q President Chaudhry Shujaat Hussein and Opposition Leader in the National Assembly Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi, here on Monday.
The PML-Q legislators strongly criticised the party legislators who had formed a forward bloc within the party. They said they would not succumb to any pressure and work for the betterment of the party.
Addressing the meeting, Chaudhry Shujaat Hussein said the PML-Q during its tenure worked wholeheartedly for the betterment of the countrymen. The performance of the party is acknowledged by the people, he added.
