Iranian team visits Faisal mosque

A five-member Iranian delegation headed by the Secretary General of Guardian Council, Ayatullah Janati, on Monday visited Shah Faisal mosque and lauded its construction work. Other members of the delegation comprising representative of Ministry of Foreign Office Subhani, Speaker of Guardian Council, Kud Khudai, member of Guardian Council Ismaeli and Auatullah Abbas Kabi.
Deputy Director of Faisal mosque, Eshrat Taj Warsi gave a brief introduction about the history of the mosque's construction and architectural work to the visiting team. Warsi informed that Rs 20 million budget was allocated for maintenance of the mosque. He said the mosque was spreading over 46 acres of land housing Islamic University as well.
