TRIPOLI: Libya's national oil production has edged up to 794,000 barrels per day (bpd) as it gradually recovers following a technical problem at Sharara field, the head of the National Oil Corporation (NOC) said.
Output was slightly up from 784,000 bpd on Monday. NOC chief Mustafa Sanalla said he hoped production would rise this week above 800,000 bpd, a level it reached earlier this month for the first time since late 2014.
