The nation worked very hard to acquire democracy, which came unexpectedly and with surprising results, after great sacrifices. The oppressed millions heaved a sigh of relief because they thought that now there will be employment, the prices of the basic necessities of life, like flour (atta), edible oils, rice, fuel etc would be within reach.
They thought that electricity, gas and drinking water will be available. Very soon they discovered that they are in a nightmare, and "all their hopes have been sacrificed at the altar of the restoration of the deposed judges."
It is a pity that our long awaited democratic government thinks that the restoration of the illegally removed judges, however necessary, will provide jobs, flour, water, gas, fuel and electricity to the dwindling commerce and industry and the helpless masses.
Clashes within the democratic government will lead to greater chaos and sorrow for the poor and helpless millions who are already frustrated, which can be seen because of their suicides, and first time ever killing or selling of their children, which is on the increase, because they find it very difficult to live.
