Quick disposal of pending cases: all facilities to presiding officers assured

Provincial Minister for Labour and Human Resource, Muhammad Ashraf Khan Sohna, has said that all possible facilities would be provided to the presiding officers to quick disposal of the pending cases in Labour courts.
Chairing a meeting of presiding officers of nine labour courts of the province here on Tuesday, the minister said that there was a dire need to dispose of cases for providing economic relief to the labours.
He said that if the labour were satisfied their performance would substantially improve. On this occasion, presiding officers of labour courts informed the minister about their observations regarding hearing of cases between employees and the employers and the hurdles being faced in this regard.
