Justice Syed Mahmood Alam Rizvi of High Court of Sindh (SHC) on Tuesday disposed of an application, filed by a citizen, and advised him to file a constitution petition. The application was filed by Majid Ikram who bought a Daihatsu Cuore car under a bank loan scheme, later, the car was snatched away by the officials of the bank three days before the payment of first instalment was due.
The applicant/owner moved court, though no FIR was lodged in the first instance, on a direction of Additional District judge, South it was lodged. Meanwhile, the Investigation officer of the case submitted a report favouring bank officials against, which the present criminal application was moved before SHC.
