Senator Haji Muhammad Adeel has said that quota of the NWFP and Balochistan in federal jobs would be ensured and the ANP would play its role to enhance share of the smaller provinces in the jobs. He said this during his visit to APP Peshawar Bureau wherein he was given detailed briefing about the professional responsibilities of the country's premier news agency.
Senator Adeel on this occasion also apprised himself of the problems faced by the staff of the APP and exchanged views in this regard. He said that the NWFP and Balochistan, which are smaller federating units, deserved equal treatments in the federal jobs.
To a question, he said that complete provincial autonomy was on the top priority list of his party and its inclusion in the proposed constitutional package was the success of the ANP.
