The National Savings has established a nation-wide network of Customer Support Centres (CSC) with an aim to revolutionise its operating structure to meet the emerging needs of the diversified investors.
These centres have been established in 12 Regional Directorates and Central Directorate of National Savings to provide information and assistance to general public regarding investment in National Savings schemes. Customers may contact these centres to resolve various queries and problems concerning their dealings with National Savings.
A complaint redressal chain has also been developed to entertain the customers whose complaints remain unresolved from Customer Support Centres. Such customers may contact the Regional Director of the respective region or Confidential Officer on Phone No 051 9215741-50 (ext. 204)) and even if they are not satisfied they may approach the Director (Admn) and Director General, CDNS through the following telephone numbers 051-9215757 and 051-9201029 respectively.
However, Universal Access Number (UAN) 111-267-268 has also been established to entertain the customers and general public throughout the country. Central Directorate of National Savings is committed to establishing smooth communication network to ensure maximum facilitation and provide quality services to millions of its investors countrywide.
A decision has also been taken to place Transparent Complaint Boxes in all National Savings Centres and all office bearers have been directed to maintain complaint registers at their centres.
