Speaker National Assembly, Dr Fehmida Mirza and Deputy Speaker Faisal Karim Kundi have strongly condemned bomb blast in a mosque in Dera Ismail Khan that caused loss of precious lives. In a message, the speaker and deputy speaker said that it is a barbaric act of terrorism.
They said that a few misguided people were trying to disrupt peace in the country and derail the peaceful democratic process but they will not succeed in their nefarious plans. Praying for the deceased, speaker and deputy speaker said that may Allah Almighty rest the souls of the victims in eternal peace and grant bereaved families courage to bear the loss. They also prayed for the speedy recovery of the injured.
