Equities failed to show healthy signs at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) on Wednesday where bears took control under the lead of hot favourite amid decrease in index. ISE-10 Index was down by 61.77 points from 2,879.35 to 2,818.18 points.
The turnover amounted to 807,750 shares as compared to previous volume of 1,239,700 shares. Total 115 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (88) closed in negative territory, and 27 closed in plus zone.
The turnover of Arif Habib Securities was 110,300 shares as compared to previous volume of 194,700 shares. The volume of Attock Refinery was 74,600 shares. The volume of Lucky Cement was 69,600 shares.
