District government will organise a three-day mango festival and international conference from July 18 to 20 in collaboration with Italian government and Chamber of Commerce. Participants from India, Australia, Mexico and Philippine will attend the conference. This would be the unique conference of its type in Pakistan.
Prime Minister Syed Yousaf Raza Gillani would inaugurate the conference and festival. Ambassadors from different countries would participate in the festival. This festival would help promote the culture and traditions of Multan to all over the world. The export of the mango would help increase with this festival event.
