The stage is set to hold the divisional convention of the lawyers at the lawns of Sialkot District Bar Association (SDBA) on June 23. President Supreme Court Bar Association Chaudhry Aitzaz Ahsan, Ali Ahmad Kurd, Hamid Ali Khan and other deposed judges of Supreme Court would address the convention.
President Sialkot DBA Arshad Mehmood Baggu told the newsmen that all the necessary arrangements have been made to hold this grand convention. He said that more than 3000 layers from Gujranwala division, Narowal, Gujrat, Mandi Bahaud Din, Hafizabad and Gujranwala districts would attend this convention. While, there would also be a telephonic address of deposed Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry to lawyers in this convention.
DBA President told that a warm welcome would be accorded to the President Supreme Court Bar Association Chaudhry Aitzaz Ahsan and other deposed judges upon their arrival at Sialkot, as all the ways have been decorated by Sialkot lawyers with the colourful welcoming banners.
