In keeping with its tradition of honouring its best and brightest students, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) held an awards distribution ceremony at its premises here. A statement on Wednesday said that qualified chartered accountants from southern region were awarded examination certificates for the year 2007.
In the ceremony, the students from the southern region were also awarded gold medals and merit certificates. Three gold medals were secured by Muhammad Shahzad through his meritorious performance in various examinations. ICAP President Imran Afzal awarded the gold medals and certificates.
In his address to the students, he congratulated the gold medalists and certificate holders and expressed the hope that the chartered accountants would continue to apply the technical knowledge and practical experience to provide high quality services to their clients and uphold the public trust vested upon them as professionals.-PR
