With an experience of imparting knowledge among fortunate kids with easy access to such learning tools in US and our own kids who do not know about such fun ways of learning. I was astonished to see the amount of enthusiasm. Curiosity and eagerness in them to know as much as possible and the spirit to survive even when faced with greatest challenges.
In EXYLENT, we had children of heterogeneous age groups. covering the whole teenage array, and I'm excited to share with you that the youngest kid was more creative than the eldest one, showing how effective educational tools in early age can help our children to progress at early stages resulting into building their self confidence thus enabling them to understand their aptitudes.
I had participants even from far flung areas of Pakistan where technology is feared, and honestly, those student, who were afraid to even touch the NXT tool kit the first day, showed their potential by building creative yet sturdy robots, with such ease by day 3 that I could not find any way to deny the fact that a child with any family background has a right to learn through such ways not because its socially just, but because they are equally good, Or even better.
The happiness and excitement I say on the participants' faces when they first assembled their robots and then saw them moving was over whelming. Over all they way students showed interest in solving even the simplest problems. They took care of their robots like parents, and the emotions on their faces when they first created them and saw them moving were unbelievable.
