Emaar Pakistan, the country subsidiary of Emaar Properties, has invited customers, who registered on a First Come First Serve Basis at the soft launch held in December 2007 for the Crescent Bay Phase 1, to select apartments at a special sales event to be held from June 30 to July 7, 2008.
The sales will be held at the Karachi and Islamabad Sales Centres of Emaar Pakistan. Customers can choose from over 850 apartments in seven towers- Coral, Pearl and Reef Towers- that are part of the Crescent Bay mixed-use development.
To ensure the sanctity of the First Come First Serve procedure, Emaar has invited registered customers on an appointment basis with specific time schedules allotted to each customer.
Emaar's sales team will assist the customers in the selection of the property. The registration was held following overwhelming customer response to the launch of Crescent Bay. Invitation letters have been sent to registered customers informing them of the date of appointment on when they can make their purchase.
Steve McCartt, Managing Director, Emaar Pakistan said: "On completion, Crescent Bay Project will be the largest of its kind residential and commercial project of Karachi. With the pre-registration, we are giving a fair chance for potential customers to own a property in a world-class integrated neighbourhood."
Crescent Bay is spread over an area of 108 acres and features 45 high and mid-rise towers for residential and commercial purpose apart from shopping centers and a five star beachfront hotel.
Crescent Bay in Karachi and Canyon Views and The Highland in Islamabad are part of the multi-billion dollar investment plan of Emaar in Pakistan. These projects will energize the local economy besides creating livelihood opportunities for thousands of people.-PR
