The selling-pressure intensified in hot favourite stocks at Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE), where bears remained in the front seat amid decrease in index. ISE-10 Index was down by 24.42 points as it closed from 2,714.86 to 2,690.44 points. The overall turnover stood at 22,800 shares as compared to previous volume of 146,100 shares.
The horizon of trade contracted from 95 stocks to 78 companies. Majority of stocks (113) closed in negative territory, 65 closed in positive territory. The volume of OGDCL was 11,800 shares. The turnover of PSO was 4,000 shares. The turnover of Pakistan Oilfields was 2,400 shares.
