Shandoor polo festival is going to start here on Monday at Shandoor Poplo ground. The event would continue till July 09. Large numbers of tourists have reached the highest altitude polo ground to witness the festival and polo the tournament. The polo tournament would be played between arch rivals, Chitral and Gilgit teams.
This tournament is very much popular and watched across the country. It would be played above 4000 meters above the sea level between the Karakorum and Hindukush mountains.
