Equities showed negative signs at Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) on Monday where bears dominated the proceedings amid decrease in index. ISE-10 Index showed a decrease of 26.51 points from 2,663.74 to 2,637.23 points. The volume rose to 23,600 shares as compared to previous turnover of 10,502 shares.
The horizon of trade contracted from 97 stocks to 75 companies. Majority of stocks (68) closed in negative territory, and seven closed in positive territory. The volume of Maple Leaf Cement was 10,000 shares. The turnover of Bank Al Falah was 7,000 shares. The turnover of OGDC was 4,000 shares.
