The Lahore High Court (LHC), dealing with a petition by a senior headmaster of the Government High School, Gujrat, has told the district education officer to look into the transfer matter of the petitioner and decided it within a month in accordance with the law.
According to detail headmaster, Muhammad Saleh Amir, argued that President, Gujrat Teachers Association (GTA), Tariq Choqtai, who was working under him, neither attended the school properly nor abided by the service rules.
Moreover, Muhammad Saleh accused Chuqtai of threatening him to use political influence against him. He levelled faked allegation on him, which were proved fake in an enquiry held by DEO. He finally got his transfer approved from Gujrat city to Shadiwal.
