Some two persons were killed and nine others injured in different accidents across the city. Sources said that Hussain, 37, son of Tahir was killed when a speeding passenger bus hit his motor bike from behind at Dawood roundabout in afternoon.
In another incident, Moin Khan son of Hameed Umar received a stray bullet to his upper torso while he was waiting for a passenger bus at Korangi hospital roundabout, leaving him in critical condition. The victim was rushed to Civil Hospital for treatment. Meanwhile, Asif, 30 was killed and his brother Younus was critically injured when a water tanker crushed their bike.
In the early hours of Tuesday morning, some seven persons including three minors were found unconscious in Bungalow no 979 at Sector 5A, Buffer Zone, due to a Sui-gas leakage. The victims were shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital.
