Transfers and postings in FBR

The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has transferred and posted 18 officials of Customs and Excise Group (BS-17) with immediate effect.
According to a notification issued on Thursday, Abdul Waheed Marwat, Deputy Collector Model Customs Collectorate (MCC) Rawalpindi has been transferred and posted as Deputy Collector MCC of Appraisement, Karachi; Amjad-ur-Rehman, Deputy Director Directorate of Internal Audit (C&E), Islamabad to RTO, Peshawar; Raza, Deputy Director DOT (CEG/BS-18), Karachi to Directorate of I&I, Karachi; Syed Imran Sajjad Bukhari, Second Secretary (Legal), FBR (Hq), Islamabad to Deputy Collector, MCC, Peshawar; Asif Abbas, Second Secretary, Sales Tax Wing, FBR (Hq), Islamabad to Deputy Collector, RTO, Lahore; Azhar Hussain Merchant, Deputy Collector, MCC of PaCCS, Karachi to LTU, Karachi; Jameel Ahmad Baloch, Deputy Collector, MCC, Exports, Karachi to Deputy Collector, MCC, Quetta; Yasir Wahab Kalwar, Assistant Collector, Directorate of Customs Valuation, Karachi to Assistant Collector, MCC of PaCCS, Karachi; Abdul Rasheed, Assistant Collector, Collectorate of Customs, Faisalabad to Assistant Collector MCC of PaCCS, Karachi; Anser Anise, Assistant Collector, LTU, Lahore to Assistant Collector, MCC, Rawalpindi; Muhammad Shoaib Qazi, Assistant Collector, MCC, Quetta to Assistant Collector, MCC Appraisement, Karachi; Muhammad Raza, Assistant Director, PCDA (Pilot Project), Lahore to Assistant Director, Directorate of I&I, Lahore. Under the FBR policy to start reforms in the tax audit structure, two officers of Customs & Excise Group, are temporarily posted on attachment in the Tax Policy and Reforms Wing, FBR (Hqrs), Islamabad for two weeks: Mukarram jah Ansari (CEG/BS-19, Additional Collector, Customs, PCA, Lahore and Dr Muhammad Zubair Yousfani (CEG/BS-19), Additional Collector (ST & FE), RTO, Islamabad.
The services of Muhammad Saleem, a BS-18 officer of Customs and Excise Group, presently posted as Second Secretary, Customs Wing, Federal Board of revenue (Hq), Islamabad are placed at the disposal of Engineering Development Board, Ministry of Industries and Production on deputation basis initially for three years. Naghma-e-Tehniat, a BS-17 officer of Customs & Excise Group, presently posted as Assistant Collector, Office of the Assistant Collector, Immediate Clearance Group/AFU/JIAP, FBR, Karachi, is allowed to undertake M.Sc in Political Economy of Late Development at London School of Economics & Political Science, UK under Professional Development Programme (PDP), 2008-2009.
