A citizen has filed the petition in the Lahore High Court (LHC) against Shahbaz Sharif and asked the court to restrict Shahbaz Sharif for exercising his powers as chief minister as his election cases are still in pending. Petitioner Shahid Orakzai, who was also a candidate in PP-10, says qualification to contest an election was not set by the court and Sharif has no legal right to sit in the office.
