Increase in petrol prices resented

The Vice President, Anjuman-e-Tajiran Sanitary Ware, Mian Salim has criticised the government for the recent increase in petroleum prices. He said the increase has hurt the shopkeepers demanded of the government to implement the old rates of petroleum products. His comments came in a protest meeting on Monday.
Salim also said that the government should announce a relief package for the people and take practical steps to better furnish the country's economy in a greater national interest.
