'No chance of flood in rivers'

Director General Meteorological Department, Dr Qamar Zaman, Thursday said that monsoon current has become active again with chances of widespread rains in southern Punjab and some parts of Balochistan. The MD, however, ruled out possibility of flood in the country saying presently rivers were flowing at low flood level.
He said the north, western parts of Balochistan province may receive rains during the next 36 hours.
