'Pakistan unique gift of God for Muslim Ummah'

Punjab University vice-chancellor Dr Mujahid Kamran has stressed upon the nation to straighten its character for strengthening their beloved Pakistan. While addressing the gathering after flag hoisting ceremony in connection with 62nd Independence Day celebrations of the country at new campus he said that Pakistan is a unique gift of God for the Muslim Ummah.
He also said that Islam is a religion of peace, unity, enlightenment, moderation and on the other hand it is a religion of action, vigor and continuous struggle. Other speakers, on this occasion, also elaborated the reasons why Muslims of the Sub-continent struggled for a separate homeland for themselves. A large number of teachers, students and employees were present in the flag hoisting ceremony.
