Bulls strengthened their positions at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) on Tuesday where equities showed healthy signs during day's positive rally amid increase in index. ISE-10 Index was plus by 73.51 points from 2,510.07 to 2,583.58 points. Turnover amounted to 2,626,300 shares as compared to previous volume of 2,742,250 shares.
Total 136 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (71) closed in positive territory, and 65 closed in negative territory. The volume of Pakistan Cement was 407,000 shares. The turnover of Arif Habib Securities was 282,900 shares. The turnover of NIB Bank was 261,500 shares.
