President Jamhori Watan Party (Talal Group), Nawabzada Talal Bugti on Saturday said that his party would support candidature of PPP co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari for the slot of President of Pakistan. Talking to APP here, he expressed the hope that after becoming President of the country, Zardari would utilise his energies to redress the problems of Balochistan.
Nawabzada Talal also hope that PPP co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari would make efforts to strengthen democratic culture and take all political parties along to pull the country out of crisis.
Referring to his meeting with Advisor to the Prime Minister on Interior, Rehman Malik, Talal Bugti said he underscored the need of addressing major issues confronting the province including the withdrawal of forces from Dera Bugti and other parts of the province, release all political workers, restoration of old levies system in the province, compensation and rehabilitation of internally displaced families and arrest of those who were involved in killing of Nawab Akbar Bugti and other Baloch youth during military operation in Balochistan.
