The Global Haly Development Ltd has appointed the Colliers International as their official sales representative in Pakistan for their landmark shopping mall and office complex project on Creekside. The project worth of $250m is being developed in Defence and is a joint venture with Abu Dhabi based Injaz Mena Investment Company PSC and UK based Global Haly Investment Limited.
It is being patronised by His Highness, Dr Sheikh Sultan Bin Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nayhan. The Colliers International is the first international real estate consultancy group to be represented in Pakistan and will be providing professional services to Global Haly for marketing the Creekside project.
