Sindh Minister for Livestock Abdul Haq alias Dost Muhammad Bhurt has said that the election of Asif Ali Zardari as president of Pakistan is in fact the victory of democracy. In a statement issued here he congratulated the people of Pakistan on the victory of Asif Ali Zardari.
He said that the election of a civilian as president of the country would strengthen democratic institutions and democratic rule in Pakistan. He also distributed sweets at his residence in Sindhi Muslim Housing Society after the election of PPP co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari as a presidential candidate.-PR
