On the directives of the Chief Minister Punjab, Health Department has decided to launch intensive campaign against those doctors who have leased out their name-boards to quacks for mere monetary benefits.
Not only registration of those doctors would be cancelled but disciplinary cases on the charges of misconduct will also be initiated against them, Director General Health Services Punjab, Dr Muhammad Aslam Chaudhry said. He said that government has decided to eradicate quackery from the province.
