A marketing conference was held under the auspices of the Terrabiz here on Tuesday, says a press release. It further said that the Etihad Airways was designated official airline for the conference. The statement pointed out that the moot reflected the extremely broad nature of professional marketing today, delving into key areas in both regional and international marketing.
It said that having won the award for "Best Marketing Strategy" globally Etihad Airways is proud to have been associated with the marketing conference. Ken Marshall, the acting country manager Pakistan for Etihad Airways said: "It is a great opportunity for marketing practitioners to learn new things and hone their skills and Etihad Airways is proud to be a part of this learning process."
The conference saw a variety of marketing experts from around the globe sharing their expertise. Chris Schaumann, Global Advertising and Digital Lead spoke about the "Digital Advertising Trends." Naeem Y Zamindar, Vice President and Head of Broadband, Business Division Mobilink, discussed "How the coming broadband revolution will enable a socio-economic revolution in Pakistan"?
Khurram Hamid Global Head, Mobile Marketing Innovation, Procter and Gamble, guided the audience with techniques on developing the markets biggest opportunities for mobile users to reach and help low-income consumers to develop the correct strategic value chain to win in mobile marketing. Google Inc, Dr Irfan Ahmad Director, Yahoo Middle East and others also spoke on the occasion.
