The Global Treasurer of HBL, Faizan Mitha has been elected as the 'President of Financial Markets Association (FMA)' of Pakistan. Faizan has 24 years of International Banking experience in treasury and investment banking arena and worked with Major Financial Institution overseas. He relocated back to Pakistan last year, as Global Treasurer for HBL.
HBL congratulates him on being elected as the President of FMA. The objective of FMA is to be regarded within the Financial Market fraternity, regulators, and banking community as the leading Association representing the interest of Financial Markets and to actively promote the educational, professional, ethical and social interest of the Financial Markets and the Banking industry. One of its functions is to be the principal interface with the regulators on various issues that impact the functioning of Domestic Financial Markets.-PR
