Shah Ali was seriously injured when some unknown men hurled a hand grenade at his house here in Chakki Shahwani area, in jurisdiction of Sariab police station, at late Saturday night, police told APP.
The injured was shifted to BMC hospital for treatment. The perpetrators, who were stated to be two in number, succeeded in fleeing from the scene on their motorcycle after hurling the hand grenade, before the police got there. Sariab police have registered a case against unknown attackers. Investigation is in progress.
