At least six persons were killed and seven others injured in a traffic accident on national highway near Jamshoro in Sindh on Friday. According to details, the mishap took place when three vehicles - Suzuki van, troller and motorcycle - collided with each other.
The ill-fated suzuki van, carrying six passengers was going to Sehwan Sharif to visit shrine of Hazrat Sakhi Lal Shahbaz Qalandar. The passengers were identified as residents of North Karachi. The dead include Ali Murad, Nawaz Ali, Wazir Ali, Kamran, Zahid Hussain and a girl Saubia. The motorcycle-rider is also among the dead, according to a GEO News report. Soon after the incident, Edhi ambulances reached the site and started rescue and relief operation.
